Industrias Negromex is pleased to introduce the addition of INSAGUM® SBR to its wide variety of products.

INSAGUM® is used in chewing gum and bubble gum applications. Our IG1027 is suitable for gum with regular or soft chew and the IG1028 is more suitable for a gum with a firmer chew.

INSAGUM® is a hot emulsion styrene-butadiene copolymer that uses a vegetable based fatty acid emulsifier and is coagulated with salt-acid. This product is stabilized with BHT antioxidant. IG1027 and IG1028 comply with U.S. FDA regulation 21 CFR §172.615 referenced to SBR used for Chewing Gum, 21 CFR 177.2600 Indirect food additives: Polymers. It meets the requirements in the Food Chemical Codex for 75/25 type SBR.

Industrias Negromex has been a Synthetic Rubber Producer since 1971 and it exports to more than 20 countries. The plant is strategically located in one of the most important Industrial Sites in Mexico.
